DCE, BUET offering short course on Safety of Water Transports

The Directorate of Continuing Education (DCE) of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) is offering a short course on 'Safety of Water Transports in Bangladesh'.

Account BenefitThe broad objective of this course is aimed at providing scenario of the safety matters in the water transport sector of Bangladesh including the inland water way vessels and coastal vessels by both public and private owners.

This course designed for the persons who is directly involved or dealing in line including but not limited to naval Architects, Marine Engineers and Master Mariners, Ship Surveyors, Classification Societies, Ship Designers, Ship Builders and Shipyards Regulatory Agencies, Policy Makers, Ship Operators Port Authorities and terminal owners, Naval Forces, Coastal Guards and allied professional.

The course Fee is Tk. 7,500/- per person to be paid in advance through Pay-Order/Demand Draft in favor of "Director, BRTC BUET". Application deadline: 17 Feb, 2016. Seats are limited Selection process would be first come first serve basis. Application along with the pay Order/ Demand Draft should be submitted to the following office DCE.
