Australian Full Scholarship Opportunities for EU Students

A delegation of seven members from Australia and New Zealand visits Eastern University (EU), Bangladesh on 19th April 2017.

The delegation comprised of Ms. Alysha Liu, CEO of Royal International Education Group, Dr. Ershad Ali, Deputy Head, International Business Programs, Auckland Institute of Studies (AIS), New Zeland, Mr. Nickolas Varvaris, Emeritus Mayor, Chairman, CWI Trading, Mr. Peter Loupos, Director, CWI Trading and Mr. Ross Pavlis, Resource Director, CWI Trading.

A meeting was arranged on possible opportunities like academic collaboration, Scholarship, Credit Transfer, Mutual study facilities for EU students, Faculty exchange program, organizing joint conference, Workshop, Symposium and other issues. Mr. Md. Azizul Islam, Chairman, Eastern University Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr. Abdur Rab, Vice Chancellor of EU, Prof. Dr. Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Pro Vice Chancellor of EU, Mr. Muhammed Siddique Hossain, Treasurer, Mr. Abul Basher Khan, Registrar, Mr. Mohammad Imtiaj, Director, Public Relations Office, Mr. Md. Jamal Uddin, Deputy Director (In-Charge), Career Services and International Office (CSIO), and Mr. Md. Tarek Khan, Executive, CSIO, EU participated in the discussion.

Account Benefit Ms. Liu announced a number of full scholarships to EU students which will take immediate effect after formalizing the agreement. A new era of opportunities will be open for the students to study in Australia and New Zealand.
