Math exam to be cancelled?

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid on said that SSC mathematics examination under Dhaka Education Board would be cancelled if the authorities find evidence of question paper leak after investigations.

"We are investigating the allegation of question leak of mathematics paper of Secondary School Certificate", said Nahid at the secretariat on February 13, 2017 (Monday). "We will cancel exam if we find the allegation true", he added.

Many SSC examinees who took mathematics paper on February 12, 2017 (Sunday) alleged that a portion question of the Math exam was leaked prior to the exam. Examines as well as guardians in Mirpur areas said that they found some question of mathematics paper in the Facebook in the morning and maximum of the questions matched the original question paper.

A Dhaka board official said that a quarter of teacher send the question paper outside prior to the exam by taking picture of it, this case could be similar. Students and guardians said sample questions, similar to those of the Bangla second paper under the Dhaka Board held on February 05, 2017.
