Entrepreneurship seminar at UITS

A seminar titled "Women Entrepreneurship Development" on the initiative of Business School of University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS) will be held at the UITS Auditorium on November 16, 2016 (Wednesday) at 9:30 am.

The main objective of the seminar is to encourage students especially girls students of the Department of Business to become entrepreneurs. Make the university students self-reliant socially and economically through creating awareness by this seminar.

Also create bright examples of successful female entrepreneurs in different sectors using information technology to meet the challenges of today's world and inspire students through telling the stories of most recent successful entrepreneurs in Bangladesh.

The founder of UITS, Honorable Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the PHP family Alhaj Sufi Mohammad Mizanur Rahman will present the seminar as the chief guest.

The renowned actress of Bangladesh, women entrepreneur, human rights activist and former MP Sarah Begum Kabari will present as the keynote paper presenter at the seminar.

Vice President of Bangladesh Association for Software and Information Services (BASIS) and CEO of UY Systems Limited Farhana A. Rahman, Managing Partner of 'Karigor' Taniya Wahab, Interior Designer & women entrepreneur Durdana Hossain and fashion designing entrepreneur & managing director of 'Rilaz' Mantasa Ahmed also will present the keynote papers. University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Mohammad Solaiman will preside over the ceremony.
