Green 1st Intra University Cricket Tournament Held

Cricket Tournament at GUB

Green University of Bangladesh (GUB) has organized "Green 1st Intra University Cricket Tournament 2016" with a slogan of "Sports is Power".

Professor Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir, Vice-Chancellor of GUB inaugurated the tournament on October 23, 2016 in the Indira Road Club Field.

Eight departments of GUB played in two groups. There were 14 matches in the tournament. As a part of the tournament, three friendships matches were played among the teachers, officers and staff of GUB.

Account BenefitThe final match was held on October 31, 2016 and the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering became the champion.

The Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir was present as Chief Guest in the final match and awarded prizes among the winners.

The students, teachers of the university and huge number of students of different Schools and Colleges witness the final match.
