Wrong death year of Bangabandhu

The date of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman killing was wrong on the Bachelor 1st year admission test question paper of Rajshahi University (RU) for the Faculty of Law.

This mistake was occurred on the question of odd roll number holders admission test under 'B' unit (Faculty of Law) from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on October 24, 2016 (Monday).

Teachers-students and BCL activists of Rajshahi University expressed outrage alleging that the history has been distorted through making the mistake with Bangabandhu's date of death.

Although the date is correct but the death year of Bangabandhu has been mentioned 2016 in the 41 number question of 'B' unit admission test question paper for odd roll number holders.

Account BenefitBCL President (Acting) for RU Branch Rashedul Islam Ranju said, "Such a mistake about Bangabandhu is not desirable from a large organization like University. They have distorted our history by making this mistake."

Through recognizing the question paper error, President of RU Law Department Abu Naser Md. Wahid said, "We apologize for that unintentional mistake. We are really apologizing for this big mistake."

In this context, the University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammad Mizanuddin said, "About this matter, I have spoken with the dean. He apologized to me for that mistake."
