61 seats increased at SUST

A total of 61 seats has been increased at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) under the upcoming academic session 2016-17.

The decision was taken at an emergency meeting of the Academic Council held on September 01, 2016 (Thursday). Member Secretary of the admission committee Professor Dr. AHM Belayet Hossain confirmed that on September 05, 2016 (Monday).

Professor Belayet Hossain said, 40 seats has been increased at Computer Science and Engineering Department and 15 seats has been increased at Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department under the 'B' unit (Faculty of Science).

Account BenefitMoreover, six (6) students will be admitted in the BKSP Quota (Reserved Seats). The admission test will be held on November 26, 2016 (Saturday).

The admission test for 'A' unit (Science, Humanities, and Commerce Faculties) will be taken at 9:00 am and 'B' unit (Science Faculty) will be taken at 2:30 pm on the day.
