Nat'l debate competition at JU

A four-day national debate competition begins on August 31, 2016 at Jahangirnagar University (JU). JU Debate Organization, in association with Acme Company, has organized the program.

Sheikh Rahat Rahman, president of JUDO, announced the event at a press conference at JU Journalist's Association office on August 30, 2016 (Tuesday) afternoon.

Pro-VC Professor Abul Hossain inaugurated the program on the first day at Zahir Raihan Auditorium while the closing ceremony will be held at Selim Al Deen Mutkamancha on September 03, 2016.

Account BenefitRally, seminar, inter-school, college and university parliamentary style competitions will be held as part of the program in which 32 teams from across the country would participate.

Shaheen Reza, general secretary of JUDO, Mahabubul Amin, marketing manager of ACME Agrovet and Beverage Ltd., Sabbir Ahmed, ex-president of JUDO, Ibrahim Hossain and Sadika Benta Mazhar, vice-president of JUDO, Rukaiya Alam Moumita, co-convener of school debate competition, were present at the press conference.
