RU Fisheries Dept Students Observe Strike against PSC's Decision

RU fisheries dept students strike

Rajshahi University (RU) Fisheries Faculty students protest the decision of PSC that the Zoology department students also can apply on the position of deputy assistant director (Fisheries) in 37th BCS.

They observed the strike program in front of Shabash Bangladesh Premises at 11:00 am on March 14, 2016 (Monday). At the time, the students demanded to limit the jobs of various sectors of fisheries only into the fisheries graduates.

The protesting students said, several public-private universities are now providing the degree on Fisheries subject and many students are graduated every year. They strongly protested the decision that ignored them. At the time, they demanded the revision of the 1982 Act.
