15th Founding Annivesary of BSMRAU

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU) celebrated its 15th founding anniversary amid much enthusiasm and festivity on Friday.

On the occasion, the university held various events.

Vice-Chancellor (VC) of the university Professor Dr. Md. Mahbubar Rahman inaugurated the programme by cutting a cake at 12:01am.

In the morning, pigeons and colourful balloons were released while the VC hoisted the national flag and the university flag.

Later, students, teachers and employees of the university took out a colourful procession.

They also held a discussion on Shaheed Minar premises on the campus.

After Zohr prayer, a special doa was offered at the central mosque.

The celebration concluded with a cultural programme at the university auditorium.
