Unnecessary deaths all over the country are causing by pollution

Every year millions of people all over the world die unnecessary as a result of pollution. Environment of particular place refers to an aggregate of the geosphere and biosphere obtaining in that place. So, the state of environment of the place is the function of the quantitative and qualitative state of number of variable indicators of the geosphere and biosphere pertain to that place. Environment pollution is caused primarily by human that introduce extraneous substances into the environment thereby causing unfavorable changes.

These unfortunate and unavoidable deaths are brought about by four specific factors. Firstly air pollution-air consists of the mixture of gases oxygen, nitrogen, carbon-di-oxide, nitrous oxide, sulfar –di- oxide and many other components. The proportion of these gases may be disordered which must create an unhealthy condition in the air. Then such disproportionate and concomitant ill condition in the air is called air pollution. Air pollution from factories, burring trash and vehicle fumes causes pneumonia, bronchitis and other respiratory diseases. Than, water pollution-one third of the world is composed of water of which 97 percent are salty. Even, the remaining 3 percent also are not usable rather 30 percent of sweet water is at the tropical and ice areas. Besides, the shortage of water becomes acute when a vast amount of water becomes contaminated by various chemicals, wastes, gases, etc. In Bangladesh, arsenic contamination has created a threat to rural health. It has made the ground water unsafe for human health. Water pollution from industrial discharge, the indiscriminate disposal of toxic chemicals and dumping of human waste into rivers and canals causes poisoning and water-borne disease such as cholera and diarrhea. The next factor is noise/sound pollution-every human being bears a normal capacity to tolerate certain sound standard. So, when the sound cross the normal audible limits, it becomes polluted. The unit of sound frequency is hertz. We usually hear 15 to 20 kilo hertz frequency sound. The major sources of sound pollution are hydraulic horns of buses, trucks and other types of vehicles, unregulated loudspeakers, the noises from construction work, and the bangs and hurtling sounds that come from factories and machinery. Mainly noise pollution from vehicle horns and microphones that might cause aggression and damage hearing and finally, odour pollution from dumped or untreated human waste causes serious discomfort to our senses and attracts disease-bearing creatures such as rats and flies.

Environment pollution causes health hazard in many ways and means. The air pollution causes breathing trouble, nausea, headache, problem in the lung, skin diseases, wheezy bronchitis, etc. While sound/noise pollution causes heartbeat, disorder in audibility, excessive pressure on brain which result in unextul and physical illness. By drinking pollution water, people suffer from diarrhea, cholera, malaria, etc.
The environmental pollution, mainly air pollution, creates ecological problems by disturbing eco balance, interfering with conservation of natural resources and threatening the existence of precise. Due to environment pollution all the nations specially developing countries are being degraded economically. It affects the value of human property and materials. It is doing harm to our natural resources like forests, fishers, wilds, etc.

Account BenefitWe should take determined action to control these problems and clean up the environment to avert these unnecessary or unfortunate diseases that lead to death. Although the world community is worried about the issue of environmental pollution. However, none of these initiatives has been proved to be effective.

First: Public motivation and awareness programs about environment should be promoted. Our electronic media should come with attractive environmental programs. Environmental education is formal education system must be introduced.

Second: Our civil society must come forward. If the civil society comes forward with motivational programs, people will come forward with a movement, which in turn many ensure governmental commitment.

Third: As the government agencies are seriously handicapped by inadequacy of personnel, ancillary support, plan and fund, public motivation and awareness programs, aimed at community based solutions would be a cost effective approach in dealing with this massive problem. In any way, government must find a way of making the community its partner in approaching the issue. Thus, initiatives should be made to encourage public sector and local public representatives, community based and private organizations to be involved in the environmental management and treatment.

Fourth: Appropriate technology for better disposal, recycling and resource recovery should be searched, and their technical and financial viability should be assessed.

Fifty: Our households should be made it understand that it is their civic responsibility not only to through the wastes randomly rather to keep into the dustbins so that the personnel can easily collect them.

The above discussion shows that environmental pollution has become a threat our existence in this earth and unfortunate death. All the creatures are under the threat of demolition due to change of climate. So, as the best of all creatures, human being should not be indifferent about the situation. We should do our best to protect these problems and clean up the environment to avert these unnecessary diseases that lead to death and to protect this earth.
