Neglect on the admission test at the public university is increasing day by day. In the conventional admission procedure, there is no adjustment to the schedule of admission tests for universities.

On the same day, the schedule of the admission test for the students of the same department was set in more than one university. In this case, the tests are held at the same time or in the morning and afternoon. Students and guardians are being subjected to extreme stress and suffering. Due to lack of admission process and co-ordination of public universities, students lose their seat and students and parents’ extreme emotional pressure and suffering will not be the same for admission tests in more than one university on the same day.

Some university admission test dates are in progress, but it is seen that the distance of travel is greater. In this case, students may not be able to take admission tests in their respective universities. Many students are not able to get admission in their preference due to this situation. So every student should be given the opportunity to participate in all the admission tests with his qualifications. Currently almost all universities are applying online. That's why the cost of distribution of the form or the cost of this work has decreased. But no university has increased the fees by not reducing it.

It is seen that, students and guardians of the public universities suffer the inconvenience of returning the admission fee and subject-related admission fees. According to the division, the number of divisions divided between themselves and many universities was divided among different universities. There are universities where all the applicants are divided among themselves by handing thousands of taka without giving them the opportunity to participate in the admission test. In this way, many family parents are struggling to spend more than one child. Many meritorious students from middle and lower middle class families affected by this flood may not be able to take part in the admission process.

According to information published in the newspaper, `Considering the sufferings and economic issues of the students and guardians, the President urged the University Vice-Chancellors to take the integrated admission test on November 2, 2016 at the UGC Award ceremony. But even after one year, no progress has been made about this’.

According to the admission test schedule of the first year in the year 2017-18 in public universities this year, on October 13, the University of Dhaka (DU) 'A' unit (Science Department) and the same day at the Jagannath University (JB) 'A' unit (science) examination and the next day Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) will be held. Although there were adjustments in the admission test schedule of these three universities in Dhaka, no combination of other universities was noticed. After completing the admission test of Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) on October 20, a science student will have to travel about 403 kilometers to visit Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET). The next day, on 22 October, at the University of Rajshahi, the biology unit is examined, the student will have to travel another 525 km. Then, to take the examinations of Chittagong University (CU), then to join the Chittagong University (PabPrabi) admission test, 513 kilometers to arrive in Chittagong and the next day will be 468 kilometers more. But after the examination of the universities located in Dhaka, they had to cross 260 kilometers to participate in the examinations in Chuet and Chieb in Chittagong.

According to information published in the newspaper, One survey found that in order to participate in the admission tests of eight universities in 15 days in October, a student will have to travel about 2,000 360 kilometers per day, on an average of about 295 kilometers per day. Noakhali Science and Technology University (NOBPB), Bangladesh Agricultural University (BKB), Haji Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (Habiprabi), Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BASM), Jessore Science and Technology University (JBPB) ) And Khulna University (Khobi) admission test will be held continuously. In order to participate in the admission test of 6 universities in 9 days, a qualified science student must travel around 227 kilometers per day, ie approximately 1,364 kilometers per day. After this, admission test will be held in 10 universities for 16 days, including the first and second days of 17 to 30 November and December. Meanwhile, on 17 November, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), Sylhet Agricultural University (Sikri) and Comilla University (Kubi); Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (Shahaprabi) and Kubi on 18 November; Many students will be unable to participate in many exams for the month of November due to the date of the admission test date of 24-25 Barisal University (Bobby) and Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and 26-30 Begum Rokeya University (Berobi) and Bangladesh Textile University (Botby). In order to participate in the admission tests of 16 universities held in November, an average of 250.5 km will be required to travel. In December, three universities will have to travel an average of 249 kilometers in the admission test. It will be impossible to participate in admission tests in almost 10 universities considering the time or distance of a science student in Dhaka. Apart from this, due to the date of the admission test of several universities, many students will be unable to take part in the exam due to the distance.

Analyzing the overall subject, it is found that a student has to travel around 6,822 kilometers, including four hours of house trips, in about three months of attending the maximum 26 admission tests. Rent of 6 thousand 822 kilometers per kilometer per kilometer rate of buses is approximately 11,600 taka and if a student is tested at the highest 26 centers, then at least 45 thousand rupees can be spent on eating and staying at least. In addition to these mathematical calculations, the total cost, including some rickshaws or auto save, may be around 65 to 70 thousand taka.

If centralized integrated examinations are delayed to expedite, at least at least one country routine can be done by coordinating the parents of the public university in such a way that the students and guardians are not victimized and a student can compete in the admission tests of all the subjects of his choice or the subjects of his choice.

In China, Australia and many more countries, centralized admission tests are in place. Cadre and non-cadre jobs, medical and dental admission tests, SSC and HSC examinations are being conducted centrally through public service commission in Bangladesh. This can also be considered for the university. Although many action plans are needed in this regard, the central system admission test can be arranged considering the communication, more students and socio-economic aspects of the country. Public universities have the right to independently test. However, the concerns of the students and parents also need to be seriously considered. In this case, coordinated admission tests can be arranged either simultaneously or by dividing universities into subject-based groups. As with the common question papers, arrangements for examinations of agricultural universities can be put together. Similarly, admission tests for universities and universities of science and technology can be conducted. The admission tests for subjects of human and trade branches can be done the same way.

Universities should be consistent with the admission fee and subject-related admission fees. The University Grants Commission and the government will have to take responsibility for this. Universities are the highest educational institutions in the country, where the enlightened people of the society distribute knowledge. Hopefully, a simple and more effective solution to overcome the suffering and complexity of the students and guardian admission tests at their intellect, conscience and discretion.

It is also seen that there is no sign of negligence in preparation of any examination question paper. The question papers have fewer numbers of questions and there are facts to be given in the BCS examination. Again, different aspects of the questionnaire of the same department are also seen in the university. In this case, someone is taking MKQ (multiple election questions); The government has not been able to take the uniform admission test despite trying for the last decade. Students, guardians and experts think that it is not possible to introduce this method mainly because of the negligence of the university affiliates. Because the admission test for MBBS and BDS in the public and private medical colleges in the last few years has been successfully being held successfully. And it is possible because of the sincerity of the authorities that they have commented. The expectations of all those people will focus on these issues.

We hope that the admission test will not be neglected with higher education including universities. Special attention should be given to coordinate the scheduling of examinations of different organizations. On the same day, the schedule of the admission test schedule for students of the same department can not be determined in more than one university. In this regard, the examinations are not held anywhere at the same time or in the morning and afternoon, and then the concerned people will have to pay attention. At this, students and guardians will be protected from the extreme stress and sufferings.

Finally, I will say that universities are the upcoming factory of leadership. The teachers created the most compassionate and meritorious leadership. There is no way to deny, there are some obstacles in the integrated admission test. But it can be a good initiative to reduce the sufferings of the parents and the students. However, it is necessary to decide how to overcome the obstruction. All teachers from all over the country should try to solve the problem. If this can be done, the way to build the leadership of the future will be very smooth; it will be helpful to widen the path of higher education for poor meritorious students of the village. To solve a multi-dimensional problem for national needs, the teachers must first come forward to make a decisive decision. Which is more desirable?
